Food, Shopping, Adventures, and Strippers

Moonrise Kingdom. It finally came out in Hawaii, but was limited to only one theater, so there I went! On Friday, my boyfriend and I headed down to Kahala after work to spend the day at the mall and watch Wes Anderson's latest flick. I absolutely loved Moonrise Kingdom and consider it one of Anderson's best films ever! After watching the movie we browsed through shops looking at various spam related garb and stopped by Banana Republic at the boyfriend's request. He had a mini photoshoot in the fitting room while I sipped on iced coffee and convinced him not to purchase the pink sweater. YAG alert. We ended the night on a good note with sweet potato fries, beer, and a custom made burger at The Counter. 

On Saturday I watched Magic Mike with the girls. We felt happy to be bonding after not having a girl's night in sooo long, excited about the promise of seeing Channing Tatum strip, and a little dirty after sharing this experience with each other. 

Today, Monday, July 2nd. Started summer school and had a three hour lecture about microbiology. I can't wait for the weekend!
